ncRI

Non-coding RNAs in Inflammation (ncRI) provides a manually curated database for experimentally validated non-coding RNAs in inflammatary disease. Recently, inflammation is considered to be central to the onset, progression, and outcome of infectious and noninfectious diseases, especially believed as a hallmark of cancer. In addition, the inflammatory agents, such as cytokine and chemokines, can regulate the behavior of the immune system and involve in the immunotherapy. The presented database ncRI collected experimentally validated non-coding RNAs in inflammation and described the important roles of non-coding RNAs involved in the inflammatory disease. We believe that ncRI provides a relatively comprehensive repository about the experimentally validated ncRNAs and their roles in inflammatary diseases, and will be helpful for research on immunotherapy.炎症相关非编码RNA数据库（Non-coding RNAs in Inflammation, 简称ncRI）是一个经人工整理审核的数据库，收录了经实验验证的炎症疾病相关非编码RNA（non-coding RNAs）。近年来，炎症被认为是感染性与非感染性疾病发生、进展及转归的核心环节，更是被视作癌症的标志性特征之一。此外，细胞因子（cytokine）、趋化因子（chemokine）等炎性介质可调控免疫系统功能，并参与免疫治疗过程。本数据库ncRI收录了经实验验证的炎症相关非编码RNA，并详细阐述了非编码RNA在炎症性疾病中发挥的重要作用。我们认为，ncRI可为经实验验证的非编码RNA及其在炎症性疾病中的作用机制提供较为全面的资源库，将为免疫治疗相关研究提供有力支持。
