This study surveys the biodiversity of microbial communities in river ecosystem. Biofilm samples collected from stream water, sediments, incubated tiles and leaves. Sequences from the 16S rRNA gene (V3-V4) and 18S rRNA gene (ITS, V9) determined with MiSeq Illumina technology. Data are demultiplexed.
