Simulated data sets for each of the five scenarios

The zip file contains 5 folders, each corresponding to one of the five scenarios presented in the manuscript. Folders contain 100 simulated data frames, i.e., replicates. In S1, simulated b_average equals - 0.08, in S2, b_average = - 0.05, in S3, b_average = 0, in S4, b_average = + 0.05, and in S5, b_average = + 0.08. Column names are explained in the file which is uploaded separately.
