RNA was isolated from the mixed samples of liver tissues from 5 liver tissues from NAFLD patients and 5 healthy controls. Total RNA was reverse-transcribed with biotin end-labeled random oligonucleotide primers. Total RNA was reverse-transcribed with biotin end-labeled random oligonucleotide primers. Then, the cDNA was hybridized to the Agilent human lncRNA+mRNA Array V4.0, including sense and antisense probes to all 481 human ultraconserved sequences, each spotted in duplicate.
