Zea mays Raw sequence reads

To assess the aggregation of beneficial alleles in commercial maize hybrids, a field trial was conducted using a population of 200 maize hybrids. Genomic DNA was extracted from seedling leaves, and high-throughput sequencing libraries were constructed to obtain genotype data for the population.
