Transcriptomic analysis of C. rodentium infected murine colon tissue

The purpose of this project is to understand the host responses to adherence of infectious bacteria to host colonic epithelial cells. For the purpose, transcriptomic data from murine (ICR strain) terminal colonic tissue infected with adherent competent Citrobacter rodentium or mutant strain of CR lucking adherent capacity was compared.
