Immunofluorescence staining of cryosections of the heart was used to determine the occurrence of in situ cardiac transdifferentiation, and the size and number of cardiomyocytes derived from the transdifferentiation were observed.The samples were divided into two groups: the control group and the small molecule compound group. 2.
