EupathDB Gene ontology (GO) enrichment analysis of various life cycle stages of different apicomplexan parasites.

In total, comparisons for 9 different axes of differentiation were performed; 5 from Plasmodium, 2 from Eimeria, and 1 from Toxoplasma. For each, both upregulated and downregulated genes are analyzed separately in “cellular component” and “molecular function”, culminating in a total of 36 comparisons.
