资源简介:

Data sets for the manuscript "XTH Genes impact Growth Habit Determination of Twining Common Bean Vine Revealed by Brassinosteroid Treatment". Note that there are three treatments: BL (brassinolide, a brassinosteroid), BZ (brassinazole, a brassinosteroid inhibitor), ET (mock treatment, ethanol only). There are also two timepoints. Timpoint A = 3 days after treatment, Timepoint B = 18 days after treatment. (In the Internode 4 elongation dataset, timepoints are noted as 0 (before treatment), 1 (3 days after treatment, Timepoint A), 2 (18 days after treatment, Timepoint B). "Pvul" is short for Phaseolus vulgaris, the latin binomial for the common bean used in this project. Datasets relating to morphology and immunodetection of xyloglucan can be found in the following files:-Internode 4 elongation -G-fiber length -G-fiber thickness -Xyloglucan (presence detected in the G-layer via LM15) Dataset used for the XTH gene tree can be found in the following file: -Pvul_XTH_nucelotide_alignment Datasets relating to RNAsequencing results can be found in the following files: -gene_counts -metadata Differential Gene Expression results: -DEG_results_BL_vs_ET_TimepointA -DEG_results_BL_vs_ET_TimepointB -DEG_results_BZ_vs_ET_TimepointA -DEG_results_BZ_vs_ET_TimepointB DEG_results_BL_vs_BZ_TimepointA DEG_results_BL_vs_BZ_TimepointB (Annotated version of the DEG results are also available for download, but these are not used in the R code and are also presented in the Supporting Files of the article). Phaseolus vulgaris v2.1 genome annotation file to recreate analyses in R can be downloaded from Phytozome. Or downloaded from here as Pvulgaris_annotation.xls. genome.gft file can be found as genome.gft.gz.
