Differential Gene Expression in Cdh13 KO x Maternally separated mice

We report the data of a GxE experiment. Cdh13 ko vs Cdh13 wt, who were either maternally separated or controls who were handled. Two age groups were created but analysed separatly. Overall design: Examination of 1 brain region (hippocampus) over 2 age x 2 genotypes x 2 environmental groups. Analysis was done for each age group indepentently in a 2x2 design for GxE. G (Cdh13 knockout and Cdh13 wildtype), E (maternal separation and control).
