PDBTM

PDBTM is the first comprehensive and up-to-date transmembrane protein selection of the Protein Data Bank (PDB). PDBTM database is maintained at the Institute of Enzymology by the Membrane Protein Bioinformatics Research Group. The PDBTM database was created by scanning all PDB entries with the TMDET algorithm.PDBTM是首个面向蛋白质数据库（Protein Data Bank, PDB）的全面且实时更新的跨膜蛋白精选数据集。PDBTM数据库由酶学研究所的膜蛋白生物信息学研究组负责维护。该数据库通过TMDET算法扫描全部PDB条目构建而成。
