Processed knockdown effect data from the Replogle Perturb-seq atlas (Replogle et al., Cell 2022, DOI: 10.1016/j.cell.2022.05.013). Contains z-scores for gene expression changes after approximately 11,000 individual gene knockdowns in K562 cells. Used by TruthSeq (https://github.com/rsflinn/truthseq) to validate computational gene regulatory predictions against experimental evidence. Original raw data available at GEO accession GSE132080.
