Transcriptional analysis of genes whose expression is regulated by Scr1 (SC04441) which lead to increased antibiotic production

Transcriptional analysis of the strains Streptomyces coelicolor M145 with a multicopy plasmid pNX4441 (overexpression of SCO4441 gene) and Streptomyces coelicolor with the empty plasmid pN702Gem3 as a control.Both strains were incubated during 36 and 48 hours in NMMP medium in triplicate.
