Saccharomyces cerevisiae Raw sequence reads

We identify 64 genomic loci and nearly 10 genes that contribute to heritable variation in a model quantitative trait--resistance to oxidative stress--across three yeast strains. By obtaining such a high-resolution understanding of this phenotype, we are able to obtain new insights into the genetic and molecular basis of quantitative traits.
