Code and Data for "Global North Reference Portfolios and Global South National Plans: Evidence of Adaptation-Finance Misalignment"

This Zenodo record provides the reproducibility package for the study “Global North Reference Portfolios and Global South National Plans: Evidence of Adaptation-Finance Misalignment.” The archive contains the analysis code and processed datasets used to construct the harmonized analytical files, estimate the main results, and reproduce the figure-data outputs used in the manuscript. Included materials cover the core analytical pipeline, donor-recipient climate-finance processing, national-plan linkage files, Green Climate Fund and IATI extensions, metadata tables, and figure-specific data products. The package is intended to support full reproduction of the reported analysis from processed inputs. It does not include the manuscript files, cover letter files, or the full raw-data directory. Raw source materials that were too large or administratively impractical to redistribute in the archive are documented separately in the project workspace.
