Global oceanic oxygenation controlled by the Southern Ocean through the last deglaciation

Data processing codes written in Matlab. eTl_loessfit.m: producing Loess fit for the Tl isotope record (Fig. 1) pco2_eTl_correlation.m: producing the correlation and cross-correlation between the atmospheric CO2 (Bereitner et al., 2015) and the Tl isotope record (Fig. 3 and S3). Tl_bootsrap.m: producing the bootstrapped mean and standard deviation values of the Tl isotope in Holocene and LGM. Tl_mass_modeling.m: transient modeling of the Tl isotope record mass_balance_function.m: mass balance functions cited in Tl_mass_modeling.m eTl_ArabianSea_newdata.mat: all Tl isotopic composition data used in the manuscript.
