Supporting data for: Transposon Mutagenesis Identifies lon, csgF, and rfbF as Critical Regulators of Biofilm Architecture in Salmonella Typhimurium

This dataset contains supplementary experimental data supporting the study on Salmonella Typhimurium biofilm formation. It includes: (1) Biofilm-forming capacity screening results for 708 isolates; (2) Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) profiles of strong biofilm producers; (3) Phenotypic data for lon, csgF, and rfbF transposon mutants; and (4) Raw adhesion assay counts on biotic (Caco-2 cells) and abiotic surfaces.
