The Arctic Ocean has undergone dramatic sea ice loss in recent decades. We quantified the summertime upper mixed layer in Pacific Arctic Shelf seas and dynamically related its interannual to decadal evolution with sea ice and atmospheric forcing, using a compilation of hydrographic observations and model reanalysis data from 1996 to 2021. The uploaded files are the Matlab codes and dataset for the article.
