In this study, we used the neural stem cells derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells to investigate the SV2A' s role in regulation of NSCs. SV2A (synaptic vesicle protein 2A) was knockdown by shRNA lentiviral. Then the transcriptome change was sequenced using RNA-Seq.
