Cohort Attrition Study Results I: PAQS Query 3

- When starting at step 0, several C13 sites have anomalously low levels of patient retention throughout the attrition. This is likely due to significant drops in the early steps of the attrition, as these anomalies are not seen as evidently when starting at step 3. - C7 sites are highly anomalous, which is expected given that these are pediatric institutions which may not have as high a prevalence of Type II Diabetes as institutions who also have adult populations.
