This dataset accompanies the manuscript "A probabilistic atlas of the human thalamic reticular nucleus derived from 7T MRI". The dataset contains raw and preprocessed ultra-high-resolution in vivo and postmortem MRI data, spatial transformation files, manual TRN segmentations, and group-level probability maps.
