Input and output data for "Noncontact Estimation of Stage and Discharge in Turbulent Urban Channels"

This record contains the input data and the derived outputs supporting the study "Noncontact Estimation of Stage and Discharge in Turbulent Urban Channels." Inputs: the in-situ SOMMER RQ-30 radar stage–discharge records and the calibration and operational CCTV video clips. Outputs: the products generated by the processing pipeline — per-frame relative-depth fields, the fitted rating-curve and depth-to-stage calibration parameters, the region-of-interest configuration, and the estimated stage and discharge. Files follow the research_data/ folder structure expected by the accompanying code.
