Senegal River Estuary (SRE) dataset

Time-series of hydrological, biogeochemical and plankton measurements and observations collected on a ~biweekly basis from January 21, 2002 to May 24, 2008 (599 dates) at 2 levels (0.5 m under the surface and 3 m under the surface) for various water descriptors :
- water transparency from Secchi disk measurements
- water salinity from conductivity measurements
- micronutrients (soluble reactive phosphorus, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate)
- chlorophyll a concentrations

Meteorological data recorded at Saint Louis du Sénégal on the same period are available (air temperature, rain and wind speed and direction).

Senegal River flow measured at Diama dam are available at a daily basis.
