Shape Memory Alloy

Study Focusses on the Use of Shape Memory Alloy- Nickel Titanium SMA which is having very good recovery stress compared to other types of SMA's in the beam column joint of a structural system for different percentages of Pre-strained Fe-SMA. The performance of these SMA is evaluated in terms of load vs displacement and damage energy dissipation capacity of the Joint.
