Dataset of "Controlling crack formation in fuel cell catalyst layers deposited directly onto membrane via inkjet printing"
收藏资源简介:
This dataset comprises the experimental measurements and electrochemical characterization data supporting research into controlled crack formation within inkjet-printed catalyst layers for polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs). It includes polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) results for various catalyst-coated membranes (CCMs) with platinum loadings ranging from 0.1 to 0.23 mgPt cm⁻², fabricated using high-performance industrial inkjet technology on Nafion™ membranes of 10–50 μm thickness. The data documents the transition from cracked to crack-free morphologies achieved through the optimization of printing resolution, substrate temperature, and droplet deposition sequences, providing a comparative analysis of the resulting ohmic resistance increases and power density variations across the different electrode structures.
