Processed, analysis-ready, intermediate data and code supporting the study “Chromatin accessibility and heat stress gene expression in the reef-building coral Acropora millepora.” The deposit includes RNA-seq gene counts and metadata, ATAC-seq peak and consensus-peak files, physiological measurements, SNP-density data, enrichment outputs, and intermediate tables used for downstream analyses and figure generation. ATAC-seq and RNA-seq samples were independently sourced, so integration analyses represent broad cross-dataset associations rather than matched measurements from the same biological samples.
