This dataset consists of 1 .zip archive of XML files and 1 .zip archive of TXT files. Unzipping the archives will create a directory for each year between 2006 - 2015 inclusive. Inside each folder in the XML directory will be 1 XML file for each debate during that year. The individual file names correspond to an internal numbering convention on line 21 of the document. Inside the TXT directory will be 1 file for each year. The .txt files are master files containing all of the XML files with the tags removed.
