资源简介:
The objective of the study was to evaluate the in ovo administration of define lactic acid microbiota (LAM) isolated from adult hens on hatchability, performance during the first seven days after hatch, microbiota composition, and Enterobacteriaceae colonization utilizing a virulent E. coli horizontal infection model in broiler chickens. In summary, in ovo administration of a define lactic acid microbiota isolated from adult hens, did not affect hatchability, improved body weight gain (BWG) and reduced mortality at d7, induced variations in the cecae microbiota structure and reduced Enterobacteriaceae colonization in broiler chickens.
