Bulk RNA-seq analysis of nilotinib resistant JURL-MK1 cells compared against parental JURL-MK1 cells.

Bulk RNA-seq was performed on a monoclonal nilotinib-resistant cell line derived from parental JURL-MK1 cells and on parental JURL-MK1 cells. The aim of the study was to identify the molecular differences between the two cell lines. Overall design: Three different passages of nilotinib-resistant JURL-MK1 cells (also referred to here as C3 cells) and parental JURL-MK1 cells (also referred to here as WT cells) (n = 3 replicates of each) were cultured for 72 hrs and total cellular RNA was then extracted for RNA-seq analysis.
