C1R cells expressing MICA*001 or MICA*008 were loaded with PKH67 and added to macrophages in the presence of a range of doses of MICAB1 Fc-engineered or isotype control mAb. The cells were incubated for two hours at 37°C. Macrophage intracellular fluorescence intensity is shown (in relative units) as a function of antibody concentration.
