Modified Robotic Simple Prostatectomy Technique: A Retrospective Analysis of a Series of 162 Surgeries Performed by a High-volume Surgeon

Spreadsheet of clinical and surgical data of patients undergoing robotic prostatectomy for benign prostatic hyperplasia.Clinical data prior to surgery were evaluated, such as: prostate volume, uroflowmetry, PSA, IPSS. Operative data: console time, length of hospital stay, bleeding volume, presence of inguinal hernia, need for blood transfusion. Postoperative data evaluated: prostate volume, uroflowmetry, IPSS, anatomopathological, postoperative complications.
