PSYCHOLOGICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE ACTIVITIES OF EDUCATORS IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

This thesis analyzes the psychological and pedagogical foundations of the activities of educators in preschool educational institutions. The professional competence of the educator, the skills of establishing effective communication with children, pedagogical skills, and the importance of psychological approaches in the educational process are highlighted. Also, the issues of using innovative pedagogical technologies in the modern education system, taking into account the individual and age characteristics of children, and creating a healthy psychological environment are analyzed on a scientific basis. The thesis highlights the current aspects of improving the quality of preschool education through the development of the educator's professional activities.
