The influence of Candida albicans on oral cancer induced by 4-nitroquinoline-1-oxide. Musculus

The aim of this study was to explore the influence of Candida albicans (C. albicans) on oral cancer. C57BL/6N mice were divided into 3 groups: mice in Control group (encoded as O) were fed with 4-nitroquinoline-1-oxide (4NQO, 100 ug/ml) for 16 weeks, mice in Infection group (encoded as A) were fed with 4NQO and infected with C. albicans, mice in Antifungal group (encoded as F) were fed with 4NQO, infected with C. albicans, and followed with fluconazole treatment. Whole transcriptomic analysis was performed of the tumors in the tongue.
