Transcriptome sequencing of Enterococcus faecalis

RNA-sequencing (RNA-Seq) is a newly developed technology for transcriptome analysis using next-generation sequencing technology, which can comprehensively and rapidly obtain the sequence and expression information of almost all transcripts of a specific cell or tissue in a certain state. Including protein coding mRNA and various non-coding Rnas, gene selective splicing produced by different transcripts expression abundance. In addition to analyzing the structure and expression level of transcripts, unknown transcripts and rare transcripts were also found, so as to accurately analyze gene expression differences, gene structural variation, screening molecular markers and other important problems in life science.
