Misorientation and habit plane distributions in Mg-Al-Ca alloys observed by EBSD

This zenodo record contains the data associated with 10.1016/j.matchar.2026.116747. The folder 500C_48h contains EBSD data (.ang and .osc, from EDAX) and the stitched panoramic BSE image for the heat-treated sample. The C02_48h_500C_BSE.png was acquired on a Zeiss Leo SEM using with a Accelration Voltage of 10kV at a working distance of 8mm and a pixel size of 48.83 nm using a 4 Quad BSE detector. The as_cast and as_cast2 folders contain EBSD data in .h5oina format (from Oxford Instruments). CIF files are obtained from SpringerMaterials (sd_0250322, sd_1003598).
