DEVELOPING PROFESSIONAL MASTERY AND LEGAL THINKING THROUGH COMPETENCY-BASED, CLINICAL AND DIGITAL APPROACHES
收藏资源简介:
This article investigates a competency-based synthesis of clinical, dual and digital learning for legal professionals in the context of legal education reform in New Uzbekistan. Its central contribution is a multi-layer professional development architecture that combines legal doctrine, experiential learning, digital literacy, ethical responsibility, communication and continuous reflective improvement. Through systemic, comparative-legal, competency-based and design-oriented methods, the study proposes a framework in which doctrinal knowledge is tested through authentic professional tasks and measured by transparent performance criteria. The framework integrates competency maps, clinical and dual placements, supervised legal-technology exercises, mentor feedback, digital portfolios, performance rubrics and continuing professional development pathways. The findings demonstrate that a modern lawyer’s competence should be evaluated through the quality of legal reasoning, evidence assessment, ethical judgment, communication, digital responsibility and the capacity for reflective learning.
