This dataset contains two-photon (2P) calcium imaging data, simultaneously recorded behavioral videos and associated metadata for one <i>Tg(elavl3:Hsa.H2B-GCaMP6s)jf5Tg</i> fish presented with circulating prey-like stimuli across 8 recording sessions. For details on the experimental setup and data acquisition, please refer to the associated publication. <p>The dataset is organized as follows: <ul> <li><code>2p_<session>.zarr.tar.part*</code>: Split archives of .zarr files containing 2P imaging data in TCZYX order.</li> <li><code>2p_timestamps.npy</code>: Numpy array of shape (n_sessions, n_frames, n_planes) containing 2P imaging timestamps in seconds.</li> <li><code>behavior_<session>.mp4</code>: HEVC-encoded behavioral video recordings.</li> <li><code>behavior_timestamps.npy</code>: Numpy array of shape (n_sessions, n_frames) containing behavioral recording timestamps in seconds.</li> <li><code>zstack_channel_<channel>.nii.gz</code>: Z-stack images in NIfTI format.</li> <li><code>trials_info.parquet</code>: Dataframe containing trial information (e.g., ocular condition, stimulus azimuth, stimulus onset times).</li> </ul> The zarr store for each session can be reconstructed by concatenating the split archives and extracting the contents using tar. For example, to reconstruct the zarr store for the first session: <pre> cat 2p_0.zarr.tar.part* | tar -xvf - </pre>
