Spiders represent one of the most abundant predators of insects in terrestrial ecosystems, and numerous spider species have been documented in agroecosystems. This study aims to elucidate the prey composition of spiders using DNA metabarcoding and to assess their potential as biocontrol agents for agricultural pests within the framework of integrated pest management strategies.
