Omnichannel Healthcare Intention Dataset – Urban Gen Y in Indonesia (v1)

This dataset contains anonymized survey responses from 116 digitally literate urban Generation Y participants in Indonesia. The questionnaire (in Indonesian) captures constructs from an extended Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) acceptance model, focusing on intention to use omnichannel healthcare consultations. The dataset was used in the ICIC 2025 conference paper “Modelling Omnichannel Healthcare Acceptance: Integrating Channel Perception and Trust.” Due to informed consent agreements with respondents, the dataset is available only for academic research and access is subject to approval upon reasonable request.
