nuclear basekt mutants

Purpose: To understand the molecular mechanism and phenotype caused by the mutation of nup50c, nup82, nup136, nup50c nup82, nup50c nup136, nup82 nup136, nup50c nup82 nup136, we performed the whole genome transcriptome analysis on 9-day-old seedlings of WT, nup50c, nup82, nup136, nup50c nup82, nup50c nup136, nup82 nup136 and nup50c nup82 nup136. Conclusions: Nuclear basekt regulates stress- and growth- related gene expression. Overall design: mRNA profiles of 9-day-old seedlings of wild type (Col-0), nup50c, nup82, nup136, nup50c nup82, nup50c nup136, nup82 nup136 and nup50c nup82 nup136 mutants were generated by deep sequencing, in duplicate, using Illumina HiSeq PE-150.
