Latex Images

This dataset relates to 'Deep Learning Binomial Expansions' paper. A Computer Vision model with 5 concurrent Softmax layers identifies the coefficients, exponent and whether X and Y coefficients are positive or negative. This is then fed into another Deep Learning AI model which performs Binomial Expansions without requiring training, achieving 100% accuracy.The source images are used with Data Augmentation, as noted in the methodlogy section of the paper. The images are generated using SymPy library and Latex equations. A further related dataset, takes the factored Binomials and expands them.Further work beyond this paper would be to include handwritten equations, to show that the CV model is able to generalise to that, and further illustrate the use of the maths model.
