In this study we explored diversity of V3-V4 region of 16S rRNA genes obtained via NGS (48 colon and 48 ileum samples collected from mice at the 12th week of the trial) to demonstrate the modulation of intestine microbiota and its possible role after different dose of krill oil treatment in high fat diet-induced mice.
