Effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on bacterial community structure in halophyte Suaeda salsa under salt conditins.

From the analysis on diversity, bacterial communities were reconstructed by AM fungi. AM fungi significantly decreased the abundances of phylum Acidobacteria at 0 mM and 100 mM NaCl, because between AM fungi and Acidobacteria might face competition on ecological niche. AM fungi significantly increased the abundances of genus Ramlibacter which could construct a steady microenvironment. The genus Arthrobacter or Massilia were recruited by AM fungi, which might be beneficial to the colonization and coordination with AM fungi. Correlation network analysis showed that AM fungi in three salt levels all decreased modularity.
