D'Ario_et_al_2021_wt_krp_mutant_images

This dataset contains images of shoot apical meristems of wild-type Arabidopsis (Col), <i>krp4</i> mutants and <i>krp3 krp4</i> double mutants. These images have been used to study how cell cycle progression is coordinated with cell growth in plants. The images have been segmented in three dimensions and tracked in time course experiments; cell volumes and position in the meristem have been measured. The metadata, landmark coordinates and measurement tables are included in the dataset.
