资源简介:

we compare mechanical properties of perfusion-decellularized bone grafts with those of "fresh-frozen" grafts used for bone defect repair, both before implantation and after explantation. Bone grafts of standardized size were harvested from porcine femoral diaphyses and divided into 3 groups: non-irradiated group, irradiated group, and explanted group. In the explanted group, allografts were orthotopically implanted in pigs after bone defect creation and then explanted after 3 months. In each group, half of the specimens were decellularized by perfusion and the other half were native specimens. Biomechanical tests (screw extraction, compression and 3-point bending) were performed on each of the specimens.
