Residential PV surplus power for efficiency simulation 1 Hz

This dataset contains a one‑year time series of the surplus power of a 10 kW PV system (35° tilt, south‑facing) combined with a household with an annual electricity demand of 5 MWh. The data originates from the wbsim example simulation but can also be used independently for PV self‑consumption studies, load‑matching analyses, and general energy system modelling. The time series has 1‑second resolution with equally spaced time steps. To reduce data volume, timestamps are omitted and can be reconstructed from the metadata (see meta.json, unix-timestamp in seconds). Data origin: The suplus power is derived from PerMod input data, combining PV generation based on Oldenburg weather data [Kalisch et al., 2014] and household load profiles from HTW Berlin [Tjaden et al 2015, data download].
