Shotgun metagenome sequecing bacterial consortia from epi/endophytic bacteria from plant Phragmites australis

Shotgun metagenome data form different bacterial consortia obtained from endophytic and epiphytic bacteria isolated of the plant Phragmites australis by iACME method (JSI) and traditional approach as partt of the European BIOYSMO project. Plants were exposed to polluted water from site 6 Each identifier corresponds to a different consortium: iACME method (B14, K13, J16, 05 and PGP) and traditional (SC13 and SC34)) Each consortium and the native soil include a _1 file, which corresponds to the forward read, and a _2 file, which corresponds to the reverse read.
