Genome wide association analysis of exercise ability in hybrids and Tibetan sheep

We performed second-generation resequencing on a population of 219 hybrid and Tibetan sheep. Additionally, we designed field experiments, recorded videos to measure their locomotion phenotypes, and then conducted a genome-wide association study (GWAS) on these animals to identify genes associated with their locomotion.
