This database contains genome annotation files of Black Redstart (Phoenicurus ochruros). The <br>genome can be accessed from NCBI <br>(https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/JBLKNL000000000). The dataset consists of the <br>following files,<br>1. Protein FASTA File (BR.aa)<br>- Protein sequence of predicted genes in FASTA format.<br>2. Coding Sequence FASTA (BR.codingseq)<br>- Coding sequences of predicted genes in FASTA format.<br>3. Genome Annotation File (BR_april25_annotated.gff)<br>- Genome annotation file in GFF format.<br>4. EggNOG-mapper Output (BR_emapper.emapper.annotations)<br>- Functional annotations of predicted genes (Details on associated Gene Ontology terms <br>and KEGG pathways).
