Pollutants, in particular PAHs, originated from anthropogenic and natural sources that significantly affected the coastal ecosystem. Revealing the ecological effect of different PAHs in seagrass meadows bacterial communities is essential for developing bioremediation strategy and seagrass ecosystem restoration. Bacterial community succession in response to respective PAHs was investigated by 16S rDNA Illumina high throughput sequencing.
